Georgina has a proven track record leading transformation and change both in leadership positions within organisations and in consulting roles. She has a passion from making the complex simple and bringing people along with her, doing with, rather than to. Recognised as one of the top 500 females when she worked for GE Capita, she stands out for her professionalism and passion.

About this show
Georgina offers an honest perspective of how challenging it can be to show vulnerability in a consulting role. Her willingness to admit how she has struggled with it is vulnerable in itself.

She shares with us her proudest moments which include how she bravely moved to Vietnam in order to study and how she only recently realised what a brave step that was.

She talks about the importance of trying to make herself redundant in the role of continuous improvement by building the capability of the people.

Communication in Georgina's view is key. She believes it's easy to be lazy with communications and trust that the message is landing, when the reality is it might not be.

She overcomes self doubt by playing to her strengths and whilst she recognises development areas are important too, she doesn't place too much emphasis on these, instead choosing to surround herself with people who bridge the gaps, allowing her to focus on what she is good at.
