Sometimes it can take you a long time to learn something, and that was definitely the case for me. My birthday is coming up, and today I want to share with you some of the things I learned, especially when it comes to addiction. Because the truth is that while you think you have it together, your addiction (or addictive habits) can be brewing beneath the surface. And it's easy to slip. But it doesn't have to take you as long as it took me to learn these things. You don't have to be an old dog, just sayin'.
