Episode 3 from Utah Utah, USA
In this episode I am talking with Mer Monson. Mer was one of my mentor coaches during Supercoach Academy. She’s got a great big heart and I just love chatting with her. We talked about life’s unfolding and we were both left with a beautiful feeling.

Sarah Parker: How do you transform a difficult relationship with food & weight?
Jessica Silverman: Our experiences can feel so real and so compelling that we think we are kind of justified in what we say or what we do.
Christina Brittain: That stream of inspiration, that breath of life, is always there.
Bill & Connie DeKramer: Change occurs not from our doing but from our seeing something new.
Georgia Bazin: The Naked Truth is: The body is an awesome tool that we inhabit.
Jason Goldberg: If you can use your feelings as a description of “what is going on” instead of a “diagnosis of you”, that changes everything.
Ian Johnston: You can’t stop the flow. People have to move towards something.
Martine Brisson: Follow what works for you.
Jason Shiers: Life is always working for you, bringing you exactly what you want.
Nico Olivieri: How do I know that what I think “I want” is something that genuinely wants to emerge from me? I think one sign is, you probably don’t have an opinion about it. It just is.
Stephanie Hardwick: There’s a difference between taking inspired action versus making yourself do something you don’t want to do.
Deborah Baron: A moment of inspiration can come in the littlest things, and that’s just as much an expression of ourselves as when we do something bigger in the world.
Carole Heaney: I can be sad and happy too. They coexist.
Julie Stuart: When we get clear, life moves us. We don’t have to do it.
Rob Cook: I just needed an understanding of the system. From there I started finding my voice.
Cathy Scharetg: I think love wins. When I think a loving thought, I get another feeling than when I get a repetitive habitual thought.
Dr. Bill Pettit: Now its clear to me that what’s behind life is pure love and understanding.
Dicken Bettinger: Everybody is a teddy bear inside. If you clear away negative thinking from people’s heads every single person becomes warm, kind, and friendly.
Marlene Cameron: We feel our thinking. We are an individual point of consciousness having experiences through our physical body.
Cathy Casey: I always thought the next thing I’m going to do is going to be “the thing.”
