Having a “skin care” habit is much like engaging in personal development work:
You start using new products. Initially, your skin looks the same. (You increase your self-awareness and start applying what you’re learning at first things don’t seem to change.)
Eventually, your skin “reacts” or “responds” to the lotions or products. (You start to make some change and get “triggered” and may assume that you’re “doing it wrong” or that it’s “not working”.)

- Eventually, your skin “reacts” or “responds” to the lotions or products. (You start to make some change and get “triggered” and may assume that you’re “doing it wrong” or that it’s “not working”.)
- Your dead skin begins to slough off. (Getting triggered is an opportunity to bring up and work through a different area of your life or work.)
- Your skin begins to glow. (You’ve leveled up BECAUSE of the triggering - not in spite of it.)

- What new things are you currently learning to increase your self-awareness?
- What triggers you the most:
- relationships?
- body image?
- money?
- social status?
- health?
- relatives?
- something else?
- What are your triggers coming up to teach you?
- What new version of you are you being called to grow into?
