After Rule 5 protections and arbitration tender decisions, the White Sox 40-man roster sits at 35. Looking only at positional players currently in the organization we ask the question "who do you trust?" There are lots of good reasons for optimism in 2023, even if the roster is incomplete. We go position-by-position to create a base lineup and identify a few target additions that could point the White Sox in the right direction.
