 Tonight, on the buildup to the 2023 TotalSports Two Oceans Marathon Expo at the CTICC, Louis Karpas interviews Irvette van Zyl on the 2203 TotalSports Two Oceans Marathon Podcast series.  Ivrette runs for the Hollywoodbets Running Club and ASICS. Ivrette came 2nd in the 2022 TotalSports Women’s Ultra Marathon behind Gerda Steyn, who both ran in record time. She tells Louis Karpas how she has been preparing for the 2023 TotalSports Ultra Marathon on Saturday 15th April 2023.
