To kick off Black history I have Desiree Peterkin Bell, who is an international bestselling author, brand strategist, strategic planner, and savvy public administrator with a vocation for mentoring minority students. Desiree is also the President and CEO of the public affairs firm DPBell & Associates. Desiree has worked for titans such as President Barack Obama, Mayor Bloomberg, Cory Booker (back when he was a mayor) amongst others.
