In this episode, I had the pleasure of sitting down with Jana Earp. Jana and I covered quite a few topics in our conversation. Jana talked about her efforts to educate students about where their food comes from. Jana also shared about posting her outfit of the day online. She had lots of corporate wear and wanted to dress in more western clothing and how she incorporates some corporate attire into her everyday western, comfortable outfits. Jana also opened up about her health tragedy that happened and how she needed to go back to the farm to slow down because of what happened.

Jana was born and raised in Texas and is deeply connected to agriculture, cowboy heritage and the western way of life. She lives on her ranch with her husband, Jimmy where they care for their cattle and the land they cherish.
Professionally, Jana holds the role of Partnership and Advertising Manager for Texas & Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association. Additionally, she serves as President of the Fort Worth Chapter for AG Women Connect, a platform dedicated to promoting education among women in agriculture. Jana is also a founding member of Cowgirls & Cocktails, a movement empowering women in the western and agricultural industries.
Jana is passionate about sharing the beauty of agriculture and western fashion on her social media platforms. In my free time, Jana enjoys being outdoors, hunting, antiquing and traveling.
