For many women, we can easily and unconsciously become disconnected from our feminine energy and operate in our masculine energy the vast majority of the time. Unfortunately, this happens even when our dominant energy is feminine. This can easily lead to burnout and overwhelm.

The wounded feminine energy can serve a purpose, however it is not sustainable without compromising, burning out or breaking down in some area of your life.
