Being Independent in the Hotel Industry

This is a story that is unique. Lowell and Larry Scott are brothers and the owners of the Airport Holiday Inn of Des Moines. That sounds pretty "normal" but the brothers actually own the facility and are one of the very few owners of a property that has a corporate name-plate.
