21- There’s a First Time for Everything, Part 1

There are a lot of firsts in this episode!  We interview our first guest, Loraine Klassen RCC. (She's a delight and so very wise. We talk about managing the many firsts happening due to the pandemic: work, home, faith and life challenges and daily changes that many of us are working through, and Loraine shares some really practical advice on how we can move through big feelings that may arrive unexpectedly in our day to day lives.
