Part 1 - Crucian author Kathleen Dowling joins Neville James. Voice Us, the 1848 Executed Eight is the second novel in a trilogy about the emancipation events of 1848 on St. Croix. The book signing is scheduled for Thursday, June 26, at the UVI Medical Simulation Center.
