Ep. 9 - Dr. Kieran Kennedy

On this episode I am joined by Dr. Kieran Kennedy. He not only has a background in Medicine, but also has studied Psychology and also is currently nearly completing his Psychiatrist degree. Dr. Kieran truly lives and breathes what he does and practices what he preaches. He is a Mental Health advocate, has a regular feature in Men's Health magazine and also has featured on TV show, 'The Today Show'. He is a wonderful advocate for all things mental health and truly believes in breaking down stigma's related to it and highlighting it's importance in society today.

Myself and Dr. Kieran have an open discussion on why mental health is so stigmatised today, what we should consider for our state of mental health during the COVID - 19 crisis, the importance of exercise and our mental health, how to optimise our mindset and why he become involved in the mental health field and why he loves what he does.
