On Christmas Eve, 1971, Juliane Koepcke fell from the sky. 53 years ago, she plummeted from 3000 meters, 10000 feet, above the Amazon Rainforest.  She was the lone survivor of a plane crash in the heart of the jungle, and she not only defied all the odds and survived to tell the tale, but she began a mission to protect the very rainforest that she believes saved her life.
