Vuelta Stage 16.  Poio to Mos. Castro de Herville (167.9km)

The Vuelta is heating up with some more mountains, but not the big big climbs yet.  This day shaped up for a break away with a likely GC group battle behind.  However, what we got was a protest and shortened stage.
