US Close 16 Nov 17: Tax reform and energy market weakness hit stocks

US sharemarkets fell again on Wednesday. Energy and other commodity-dependent stocks fell in response to weaker oil and metal prices.

Global oil prices fell by 0.5-1.0% on Wednesday. The US Energy Information Administration reported that crude oil inventories rose by 1.9 million barrels in the latest week
