Alabama World Affairs Council President Recalls Time in Afghanistan

With the U.S. pulling out of Afghanistan after twenty years of military involvement,Major General Walter Givhan (U.S. Air Force Ret.) shares with Carolyn Hutcheson, In Focus host, his experience commanding the rebuilding of the Afghan Air Force in 2008-2009. General Givhan leads the Alabama World Affairs Council as President and serves Troy University as Senior Vice-Chancellor for Advancement and Economic Development.
