Episode 6

Today, we are going to learn the Four Types of Workers. Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach is going to teach us how to develop a work ethic and reach our highest potential.

The Overseer.

Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach is telling us that an overseer type of worker in a workplace will see what needs to be done and finishes it faithfully even without questions asked.  This type of worker has a millionaire quality.

" Even a child is known by his actions, by whether his conduct is pure and right " - Proverbs 20:11

The Doer.

Always asking the right questions are the key to this type of worker. Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach is describing the doer type as a conscientious type of worker.

" Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as though you were working for the Lord and not for people " – Colossians 3: 23

The Worker.

Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach explains to us that this type is the hard worker. It will toil its hardship until something gets done.

"Lazy people want much but get little, but those who work hard will prosper" - Proverbs 13:4

 

Biography

 

Pastor Thomas A. DeLoach is undaunted in his passion of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. At the age of 24, he accepted the call to preach and began to pursue the call of God on his life.  On February 19, 2006, along with his wife, Co-Pastor/Founder Charise DeLoach, orchestrated the first service of Word of Life Church in Raleigh, North Carolina.  Pastor DeLoach balances his life as a devoted husband, proud father of their only son Mekhi Alexander, and Senior Pastor/Founder of Word of Life Church.
