Fit Friends Conversations - breaking up with the scale, luteal phase, mom friends

Another great episode with my bestie Lauren Ricks! We came to the computer thinking we were going to talk about motherhood friendships and how our friendship is so unique. How we do things differently in motherhood and are still great friends. But we also got into conversation about the scale. I have had an unhealthy relationship with the scale since 2018 and in January 2021 I decided to get rid of it and I am not getting it back out again.
