#25 Meditation - Holiday Energy Preparation

Join me for this meditation where we spend some time identifying and releasing expectations we may have surrounding this week of the holidays. We practice being a space to feel our body while observing our thoughts. We find the parts of us that yearn to be seen and be loved.

This will be a meditation you may want to listen to more than once this week as you prepare to spend time in expectation-filled celebrations with the people closest to you.
