NLRB Sued over Joint Employer Rule, Minimum Wages, and Government Contract Availability

The National Labor Relations Board released a final Joint Employer rule that was met with a lawsuit and other opposition from industry groups such as franchises. Gene Marks, who says it could impact his small business, as well, is not in favor.
