I really enjoyed chatting with Malcolm Ashwood on Legends with Bevo recently and help promote Malcolm's new book 'The Definitive Rulebook.'
We spoke about how the idea of the book came about and some of the guests that left a big impact on him including Sturt Football Club Inc. - SANFL premiership player Tim Weatherald who survived the Bali Bombings in 2002, Chris Grigg (father of Mitch) and his battles with MND and Glenelg Football Club (SANFL) premiership player Alan Stringer and how he overcame depression.
Malcolm also gave his thoughts on whether the Tokyo Olympics should go ahead or not, the Crows and Port being in the SANFL and why he thinks the AFL national reserves competition is a good idea.
Malcolm's book is available to purchase at Dillons Bookstore at Norwood, Colonnades Newsagency at Noarlunga and Southern Cross Newagency in the Adelaide CBD or you can contact Malcolm direct via Facebook.
Thanks to Malcolm for his time, to Rory Noke from PodBooth for a great job of putting the video together and to our sponsors Kookaburra Homes, Anytime Fitness and Renelec Electrical Services.
