Interview with Dave Byrne on the Hannel’s Spur FKT

Dave Byrne is an Australian Champion Track Runner who after retiring from the track became inspired by the amazing efforts of Ultra-Trail Runners. Dave recently tackled Hannel's Spur in the NSW Alps setting the Fastest Known Time (FKT).

In this episode, after a run through Glenbrook and Knapsack in the beautiful Blue Mountains, Ben Berriman interviewed Dave to find out about the FKT challenge
