Everyone who is wanting to reach their goals knows that they need to pump their grind to achieve what they want.
Whether you want to lose weight, get fit, advance at work, whatever it, the amount of time you focus and work is what sets you apart from others. That is where becoming a grinder is essential.
A grinder works diligently and endlessly until their end result is at arm's reach.
You will always have days when you don't feel motivated. For me it is typically when I do not feel great, that is what makes it a challenge to feel motivated. But your personal happiness depends on staying motivated.
Try looking at what the perfect you looks like. Break it down into small achievable goals. Is it because you want to work on yourself? You want financial freedom? Also take a look at who you spend time with, your closest friends. If the company you keep are individuals that are keeping you down more than pushing you forward, you need to start searching for new company. I am not saying to cut every one off, BUT like so many have brilliantly said, "you are who you surround yourself with."
So, if you're striving to better your life
Grind passionately! It will take time and work, but the results are completely worth it!
Let me leave you with this, When things don't happen right away just remember, IT TAKES 6 MONTHS to build a Rolls-Royce and 13 hours to build a Toyota.
