Episode #170 -Joey Laviolette

This episode features a very successful and talented boxer from Nova Scotia!  Joey Laviolette has been in the ring with some of the best, representing Canada many times and winning the National Title 5 times.  A true warrior who represents the best of Nova Scotia and the hard work and never quit attitude on the East Coast.  Loved this episode!  Two guys with lots of experience hamming it up about childhood and and making it to the higher levels of combat sports.
