Religion & Spirituality:Christianity
Phil Hodges is a co-founder of Lead Like Jesus and a co-author of Lead Like Jesus Revisited as well as five other books. Phil also has an extensive background in the marketplace through his involvement in Labor Union negotiations as well as years as an executive with Xerox and US Steel.
In today's podcast Phil discusses Change, a topic that’s very present in every organization and in the life of every leader. Leading change is not easy.
Change is easier for some and harder for others. Phil explains how leaders can steward the time of change in order to protect relationships while assuring forward movement.
During the time of change leaders tend to see the positives. His or her team may be more reluctant, have unanswered questions and may not be as ready to move ahead. Phil uses the example of Jesus and how He led His team through a season of change with resolve and with patience.
