What Do You Value About a Job?

This year, at the Iowa State Fair, we stumbled into a group calling themselves WorkShift: Good Jobs for All. Turns out they are traveling the nation asking "Everyday Americans" what they value about work.  What issues about a job is important to them. Stability, Flexibility, Opportunity, Pride...what is it that moves you? We visited with organizer Megan Anwalt and then an interesting conversation with Achol Akuar who brings the plight searching for that rewarding job...home.
