On Monday afternoon Niall Boylan on Classic Hits asked: Should Clare's Law be introduced in Ireland? Clare's Law was introduced in the UK in the wake of a shocking domestic violence case. A woman was murdered by her partner who had convictions of repeated harrassment, threats and kidnapping in his past. Clare's father believes that if his daughter knew of her partners abusive history she would not have been in a relationship with him. Justice Minister Charlie Flanagan ruled out such a law in Ireland but - do you think a person should be able to find out if a partner has previous history of domestic abuse?
