Reimagining The Podcast

This is a super special episode because it’s our 1 year podcasting anniversary! And at this 1-year milestone, I’m reimagining the podcast and reallocating resources across my business. Something we all need to reflect on, whether we host a podcast, run a community, offer a line of products or services, or anything in between.

So in this episode, I’m sharing some changes that are coming down the pike and the reasons why. (Spoiler alert: 2 big reasons are audience feedback and alignment with my values. No surprise there.) And I’ll be using my podcast and business as an example, but I invite you to translate these ideas of evaluating your goals, your potential for impact, and especially your time, money, and energy bandwidth to whatever it is you’re excited about and actively working toward.
