The Greatness of Christmas | Bishop Dr Jimmy Kimani | DCIKZ

• Mt 1.18, The message about Mary the mother of Jesus.

• Mary got to a place that she feared no more;

1. She developed an awareness of God's presence.

It became her security and her confidence.

Luke 1:28 The angel went to her and said, "Greetings, you who are highly favored! The Lord is with you."

When you develop an awareness of God's presence you will keep meditating on it.

2. She devoted herself to God's plan.

She was willing to step out in faith and sacrifice her comfort to honor the plan of God.

There will be hardships in pursuing God's plan but keep on.

3. She delighted in God's power.

Luke 1:38 Then Mary said, "Behold the maidservant of the Lord! Let it be to me according to your word." And the angel departed from her.

If He says it shall come to pass it will nonetheless. She believed God would do what exactly He had said He will do.

4. She depended on God's promises.

Luke 1:54 He has helped His servant Israel, In remembrance of [His] mercy,
