Open Class #115: To Daniel, Jenn, Emma, Ashley and Esteban

Daniel is wondering if besides not worrying, is there anything else to do? Jenn has gotten a puppy... and is worried that the whining will cause trouble sleeping! Emma was a great sleeper until three months ago, now she thinks of nothing but sleep. Ashely has been down every road with little to no effect. Esteban is struggling less but would like to improve sleep to feel more refreshed.
