“The best way to know that you are entangled with your family system is when after working on yourself week after week, month and years, you are still stuck in the same pattern. You are still repeating the same situations, and involved in the same relationship. That’s why 90% of the time, look at your story; look at your family story because that is where your answers are waiting for you. That's when you know your family is between you and your own life.”

Marine offers many useful insights and shares her own personal struggles of coping with loss of her best friend. At the end, she reminds us that the pain phase is not permanent and offers a message of hope.

“Whatever you are going through right now, it never lasts. We think it’s going to last forever, but that’s not true at all. Everything shall pass at some point. So just trust the process.”
