About Michelle Wilkin

I'm bringing 25+years of Coaching and 10+ years of Nursing together as a Certified Health/Life Coach. Board Certified in Lifestyle Medicine, Certified Weight Loss Coach and 3+ years sharing Nutrigenomics. Currently in process of Certification in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to bring another non-pharmacological tool for reduction of blood pressure, weight loss, and control of anxiety from the root causes. Coaching available privately, small groups or through corporate speaking events in-person or online.

As a prior ER nurse, I've seen just about everything and with my prior coaching experience, I'm very good at explaining things in simple to understand terms.
