Today I introduce you to Lilith and talk about my mental health. Before we get into the amazing Goddess Lilith, I’d like to share something with you all that I decided to do a couple weeks ago.  If you’re a listener from the beginning, I’m sure you know I have been trying to manage depression.  I made a decision about how to move forward and I share that with you today.

I also share my experiences and some history about Lilith. Lilith, for me, is the original feminist. She embodies self confidence and empowerment that I absolutely love. She was the original Queen of the Garden of Eden, rocked the status quo, and is the caretaker of all that are lost and downtrodden. Her energy is something I’ve been reaching for a lot the last six months or so. I don’t like politics so I won’t get into any of that, but, here in the US women’s rights has had a bit of an attack on them for the last couple years and Lilith feels like the energy to call on.
