Interview: Keith with Wasatch Brewery

We learned in the first minute of sitting down with Keith from Wasatch Brewery that one of their beers won an award at the Great American Beer Festival. With 5,000 to 6,000 beers in a category, for a Utah beer to win is a huge accomplishment. Keith explains, "Burning down that fence of Utah not having great beer."
