Is it selfish for a stay at home mother of 2 young kids wanting to return to work?

On Tuesday's show Niall spoke about an email we received a email from a stay at home mum of 2 young kids. She wants to return to the workplace but her husband feels the kids are better off being raised by her. Is it selfish for her for wanting to return to work while the children are still young?
