Psalms 27:14

Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and He shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord. Waiting is hard but it’s worth it. Most of the pain we go through are out of our own making for not waiting upon God and running and working on our own timing. Waiting on God is actually very important in our relationship with Him – and it plays a major key role in our spiritual development. Waiting does not have to create bitterness, anger or loss of hope; it can establish a deeper trust and knowledge of who God is and His love for us. May you experience Him intimately as you wait on Him.

5 Truths to learn while waiting on God.

1. Cling to the promises found in God’s word. Psalms 130:5 I wait for the LORD, my soul doth wait, and in His word do l hope.

2. God is with you in the waiting Exodus 33:14, And he said, My Presence shall go with thee, and l will give thee rest.

3. Realize you will not reach your breaking point.

4. God’s plans for my life are better than mine Romans 8:28 and we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them that are the called according to His purpose.

5. I can trust God to provide for me each day; Daily bread not life loaf (Mathew 6:11) Give us this day our daily bread.
