Ella’s journey took her from GM technician to sole service advisor at an independent shop. Today, she’s channeling her skills and ambition into Automobella LLC, her own detailing business, where she wears every hat, from marketing to customer service. After years of working to break the glass ceilings of this male dominated industry, Ella’s message is clear: you can embrace your femininity and still thrive in the industry, proving you never have to diminish yourself to be taken seriously.
