Connecting with Consumers - Meet Val Hoeppner

Every once in a while things click. Last week I was in New York for the New York Press Association Spring Meeting. One of the other speakers there was Val Hoeppner a media strategist from Nashville who has assisted many newspapers in re-thinking how they connect with consumers. But, beyond newspapers Val says there are significant ways in which any business can do the same and you've really got to know WHO your trying to reach.
