He was 38, 50 pounds overweight, lost in his direction of life, and had
not a clue about what to do or where to go.
Over the past twelve years he learned a thing or two about becoming what
I call fit, happy and healthy.
He learned first and foremost that the journey is not about losing
weight at all.
