Market Close 2 Dec 22: ASX 200 snaps 3 days of gains

The market finished near session lows and wrapped the final session of the week on a rather negative note, with the ASX 200 slumping ~0.7%. Energy stocks and the Big 4 banks weighed on the market, while gold miners were amongst some of the best performers today.
