Metal Health with Waking Rus

When Rus Chaney of Waking Alice stopped by the Funkytownpodcast studios A.K.A my livingroom I was feeling under the weather. I am not sure what hit me but I was begining to feel ill. However the talk I had with Rus was a lot of fun and very interesting. We talk about some of our podcast friends, competive cheerleading, theatre, and oh yeah some metal. The opening track is November Burns and the midway track is BiPolar Heart. Rus tells the story of inspiration behind the title and his own personal experience with heart issues. I have only know Rus through other podcast and social media but when he came over I felt as if we have been friends for a while now. I really like this guy and hope you enjoy the conversation.
