Back then he thought that speaking the same language, common sense, lots of qualifications and good intention were enough to lead people and to serve them, but despite all that there were misunderstandings with his co-founder, which resulted in Csaba losing his business. This led to his realization that most leaders and entrepreneurs were struggling with the same problems. So he committed himself to finding the solutions to the problems that he has suffered from, and that he has seen other people being affected by. As a result Csaba spent 15 years to create the blueprint for why people think and behave differently.
