The Practise That Supported Me To Redefine and Own My Creative Confidence 🌟

Many of the women I support in my mentoring space, share that one of the most coveted feelings they long to experience within their creative exploration… is the feeling of confidence.

 

Quite often these brave women come into our collaborative space already feeling strong, confident and empowered within themselves. But when it comes to exploring and sharing their creative heart expression with more transparency, trust and conviction… here is where they face new and untraversed territory.

 

Within this episode we will be exploring the idea that confidence is not something we begin the creative journey with… but that it’s forged by leaning into the moments of our exploration where we feel the most doubtful and insecure.

 

I will also be sharing the one simple practise that supported me to redefine, reclaim and take full ownership of my own {self-defined} creative confidence.
