My guest on today’s show is Trenia Parham. She is a Leadership Consultant & Strategist for mission-driven leaders and organizations. As a Social Worker and Relationship Coach, she spent the last 20 years leading, training and mentoring in the nonprofit and public sectors as well as running a Relationship Coaching business for 10 years. Now she combines her leadership and relationship coaching experience with an innovative holistic lens to help mission-driven leaders who are on the brink of burnout, lead and work in a way that’s sustainable long-term. She also helps organizations and companies create a thriving workplace by improving tone, climate and culture, reducing conflict and retaining talent.
