In this week's episode we're gonna talk about the New Year, the New Decade, and why what happens on New Year's Eve isn't the end-all, be-all, to this last year or the year to come.
We've all been a part of some wild nights, I'd be willing to assume, and no doubt there are times of our lives we thought we would never forget that we can not even remember today.
Spend your new year doing what you want to do, being with who you want to be with, and know that whatever you do it is only one night of the year and there are 364 more coming your way.
Journal about what it was you experienced this last year. Journal about what you would like to accomplish in the new year. Write, voice record, video yourself - whatever media you choose, get your thoughts out of your head and out into the real world were thoughts become tangible.
Much love to all of you for your amazing support. I am blessed to have you as a part of my community. Together we are stronger.
No longer are we living in the shadows!
