The Coming Messianic Kingdom of God

The vision given to John in Revelation describes a 1000 year reign of Christ on earth. As Christ rules the nations, Satan is bound and unable to deceive the nations. After this earthly reign of Christ, Satan is released and then rallies the nations against the Christ. Satan is then defeated, the day of judgment follows, and then all things are made new in the New Heavens and New Earth. But what would an earthly reign of Christ look like?
