69. The Batman (2022)

In this week’s episode, we discuss The Batman (2022), Matt Reeves’ brooding take on Gotham’s caped crusader. The film, which stars Robert Pattinson as Bruce Wayne / Batman and Zoe Kravitz as Selina Kyle / Catwoman, pitches its protagonists against familiar foes in the shape of The Riddler (Paul Dano) and The Penguin (Colin Farrell). The film is the first in a planned trilogy, with 2 HBO Max spin-off series also in the works.
