Ep 50: Building Trust with Clients and Families.

Let's talk about building rapport- or rather the connections we can build with families that are based on trust and support. In this episode I'm sharing something I was reminded of recently when it comes to my connection with my students and their families. The bottom line? Be a kind human! When we seek to do that - it makes all the difference.
