Episode 2: Teaming

Deputy State Director of Child Welfare, and guest, Lauren Tinman, Director of the Office of Family and Community Services explore what a quality practice of teaming in Child Welfare means for the outcomes for children and families the Agency serves. They share what a Child and Family Team is, how it looks in practice, and what the Agency is seeing in terms of improved quality and family engagement as a result of its teaming practice!
